The 630 Series Folder/Inserter offers two models for your specific job needs. The FD 633 comes with three standard automatically adjusting feed stations. The FD 635 has two standard feeders and one special feeder that can be manually adjusted for glossy and thicker stock. The 630 Series is ideal for processing documents in a timely and hassle-free manner. The versatility of this unit allows for processing forms of various lengths and thickness all at the same time. The exclusive AutoSet feature makes processing forms a snap automatically setting the paper length, paper thickness, fold type, envelope size and double document detection.

Flexible
The 630 Series is available in two models to meet your specific processing needs. A variety of documents up to 14", including checks, invoices, newsletters and reply envelopes can be inserted in almost any combination. The 635 has a special feeder that allows for the insertion of glossy and thicker documents as well. An optional conveyor or side exit tray can be added to maximize your operator productivity.

Powerful
The 630 Series processes at a rate of 2,750 pieces per hour and can handle up to 325 sheets in each feeder. Feeders can be refilled on the fly allowing for continuous operation.

The cascade mode maximized production by filling multiple feeders with the same documents. When one feeder empties another one automatically starts feeding. This feature allows for a total stacking capacity of 975 sheets. The enhanced folding system folds and inserts up to five documents at one time.

Security
The 630 Series has double document detectors located at each feed station to insure document integrity. The optional OMR capability allows for the insertion of multiple page documents automatically. OMR determines which documents go together into each envelope, eliminating the tedious task of manually collating and inserting.

Ease of Operation
The AutoSet feature automatically detects and sets paper length, fold type, envelope size, fold length and double document detection. Simply load the documents into the feed hoppers and go. The 630 Series also includes nine pre-set folds for reoccurring or frequently processed applications. The drop-in feed system and easy access paper paths increase efficiency and maximizes output.
